Young Creatives Collective

The Young Creatives Collective is a group aimed at encouraging creativity in Mansfield District amongst young people aged 18-25. It offers a lifeline for isolated artists, poets and designers who don't benefit from the physical arts spaces that exist in other cities and towns. It aims to stop the creative 'brain-drain' of young people away from the area in search of opportunities within arts industries. Hosted by Mansfield Museum with support from Arts Council England, it has been a severely appreciated programme so far, as it continues I hope to carry out more activity within the group.
